About Me

My name is Rachel Marks I am a highly trained acupuncturist and fully certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).  I studied at the prestigious International College Of Oriental Medicine, affiliated with Greenwich University, where I gained a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture.  I integrate both classical and contemporary acupuncture within my practice, including 5 Elements, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and "Stems and Branches"  classical acupuncture. I bring a wealth of knowledge, life experience, compassion and care to my practice. I understand that everyone is unique and I take into consideration each persons constitutional strengths and weaknesses to formulate a treatment specific to you.  

I continue to extend my knowledge and have undergone further courses and lectures to deepen my understanding of the ancient Chinese medical texts as well as skills in cupping, moxibustion and facial enhancement acupuncture. 

The practice is located at home in a purpose built treatment room overlooking our private and peaceful garden, providing a relaxing and tranquil clinic space.
